  • Troubleshooting account-related issues and connecting to the College Wi-Fi
  • Navigating Conestoga applications (e.g. MyConestoga, eConestoga, eTexts, etc.)
  • Installing Conestoga-provided software for PC and Mac
  • Using Microsoft Office 365 products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Using collaboration and creativity tools
  • Using library printers, photocopiers and scanners
