My password has expired or is about to expire, what should I do?

  1. Your Conestoga password expires roughly every 4 months (120 days).
  2. If you receive an email saying that your Conestoga password is about to expire, click IT Password Reset
  3. When setting a password, the password length must be between 16-19 characters consisting of an upper letter, a lower letter number and a unique character while also considering that you can’t use your name or Conestoga
  4. Once your password has been reset, you should setup your Self Service Password Rest
  5. If your password has already expired, or if your account is locked out, visit the ITS Password Reset site to reset your password.
