  2. In the pop-up window tell us that you'll be using the item for teaching/training purposes

Note: You must order a new licence for your chosen cases each semester. The case link will expire two weeks after the end of your course, and cannot in any event exceed six consecutive months.

Once you've ordered the cases you wish to teach with, under the terms of our licence you can:

  • Download the PDF of each item from your Case Centre library to print out hard copies, up to a maximum of the number ordered.
  • Add a link to the item from our password-protected course area (eConestoga) to enable students to access the PDF - the link you need for each item will be provided in your Case Centre library.

You can also add items, covered by our licence, to CoursePacks created using the Course Pack Creator.

Important: you cannot distribute cases to students in any other ways, including by email. Please refer to the licence terms for full information.

You must indicate the number of students you are licensing during the checkout process. If you do not yet know the number of students in your course, choose the option to access a preview copy of the case for your review. If the case meets your needs, put a placeholder in your course where the case link will be made available, and provide information in the instructor's area of the course to indicate the process course instructors must go through to add the case for their sections. Provide a link to this page so they can work through the steps required.
