Academic Integrity Best Practices when Using Gen AI Tools

Review assessment instructions and ask your instructor before you use any AI tools or sources.
Use your Conestoga OneDrive to keep track of all your progress (i.e., drafts, articles, links) and your communication with the AI tool (prompts used, outputs from the AI tool) for all assessments.
If you use a tool or resource to edit your work, keep a copy of the unedited version.
Only use AI tools as instructed by your instructor.
Don't forget to cite and reference any AI tools!

Alternative, equitable opportunities must be available if AI use is part of an assigned task.
