My password has expired or is about to expire, what should I do?
- Your Conestoga password expires roughly every 4 months (120 days).
- If you receive an email saying that your Conestoga password is about to expire, click IT Password Reset
- When setting a password, the password length must be between 16-19 characters consisting of an upper letter, a lower letter number and a unique character while also considering that you can’t use your name or Conestoga
- Once your password has been reset, you should setup your Self Service Password Rest
- If your password has already expired, or if your account is locked out, visit the ITS Password Reset site to reset your password.
