You might receive the following email in your Conestoga email account -

Dear John Doe,
Thank you for your recent order from the Conestoga College, Ontario WebStore, powered by Kivuto Solutions Inc.
Your order includes Kivuto's Basic Access Guarantee, which will expire on [month] [date], [year].
After this date, your download and/or key(s) will be archived and as a result this information will no longer be available under 'Your Account' on the WebStore. In the event that you misplace your key or need to re-download your software as a later date, it is recommended that you back-up this information to avoid losing access to your product order information.
 

When downloading software from the Conestoga webstore, you are strongly encouraged to make a note of the product key someplace you will have access to it even if your device malfunctions. The above email serves as a reminder that after the mentioned date, the product key will no longer show up in your Webstore account. 

If you have already made a note of your product key, you can ignore the email. If not, it is recommended that you do so before the aforementioned date.
