The institutional repository is intended to be a permanent collection of the work of the Conestoga College community. However, there may be exceptional times when an item or record may be removed or modified.

• Modification of metadata regarding a work may be requested to library staff.
• An updated version of a previously published version can be added to a record. Generally, the original version will remain as part of the record.
• Any item that is found in violation of copyright laws, privacy laws, or the content guidelines may be withdrawn by library staff.
• Removal of items in the institutional repository can be made by the copyright holder. This is done on a case-by-case basis and only upon request to library staff.
